Method
Cook the rice in pressure cooker with liitle ghee and saffron in it. Once it is cooked cool in a plate. Chop onions and grate the carrots and slit the green chillies. add oil in a kadai and add dal chini and put the onions and green chillies and fry until it is light brown and add tomatoes little red chilli and garam masala. then, add the grated carrots and fry until it is cooked and add the cooled rice. Garnish with coriander leaves.
