Method
Make this fine paste of ginger, 3 green chillies and some coriander
Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard seeds, channa dal, urad dal
Add masala paste, onion and fry for some time
Add rice and salt, grated carrot, and lemon juice.
Mix well and serve. Makes a great lunchbox recipe.
