Method
  1. Make this fine paste of ginger, 3 green chillies and some coriander
  2. Heat oil in a kadai, splutter mustard seeds, channa dal, urad dal
  3. Add masala paste, onion and fry for some time
  4. Add rice and salt, grated carrot, and lemon juice.
  5. Mix well and serve. Makes a great lunchbox recipe.
Ingredients:
cooked rice 1 cup
carrot - finely grated - 1 cup
onion -1
lemon juice- 2 spoon
oil 2 spoon
mustard seeds- 1 spoon
channa dal- 1 spoon
urad dal - 1 spoon
