Microwave Vegetable Idly

Method
  1. In a glass bowl micro high uncovered 1 tsp oil for 2 mins.
  2. Add hing, mustard and green chillies; microwave uncovered for 1 min.
  3. Add all the chopped vegetables and micro high covered for 2 mins.
  4. Add salt and mix this with batter.
  5. Grease the small glass bowls with some oil.
  6. Pour 2- 3 tbsp mixture into the each bowl.
  7. Microwave high covered with paper napkin for 4 mins.
  8. Let them stand for 5 mins.
  9. serve hot with coconut chutney
Ingredients:
1 - carrot, finely chopped
100 g - beans, finely chopped
50 g - peas
4 cups - idli batter
1 tsp - oil
salt to taste
hing, a little
mustard
green chillies, finely chopped
5 or 6 - small glass bowls
