Method
- Wash and clean the florets.
- Mix all the ingredients and dip the florets in the batter and deep fry in oil.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
Ingredients:
1 cup - cauliflower florets
1 cup - Maida flour
1/2 cup - Rice flour
1 tsp - black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Oil to Fry
