Fry the chopped cauliflower in ghee, with steam till its golden brown. Keep it aside.
Boil milk. Once the milk starts boiling add the fried cauliflower.
Keep stirring for a while. Allow it boil for 15 mints. Then add sugar, cardamom powder and the almonds.
Simmer and leave it for a few minutes until the mixture thickens.
Let it cool. Keep it in the fridge. Chill it and serve as a dessert.
