Ada Dosai and Coconut Thuvayal

Method
  1. Soak the above ingredient overnight and grind it to a coarse batter.
  2. Add salt, turmeric powder, asafoetida to it according our taste.
  3. Chop finely one onion, few curry leaves and add to the batter.
  4. Fry the dosa pouring gingelly oil.

For Chutney :

  1. Grind the above ingredient to a coarse paste / just turn once in the mixer grinder.
  2. Serve hot the Ada Dosai with the Chutney (Thuvayal).
Ingredients:
ponni rice - 1 cup
raw rice - 1 cup
toor dal - 1 cup
chenna dal - 1cup
urad dal - 3/4 cup
red chilly - 6 nos
onion - 1
few curry leaves
green chilly - 6 nos

For Chutney :
grated coconut - 1 cup
greenchilly - 3 nos
garlic - 2 flakes
salt to taste
