Cabbage Vada

Method
  1. Soak the rice and dals separately for about 5 hours.
  2. Drain out the water and grind finely.
  3. Mix in the rest of the above ingredients and form into round cutlets and deep fry to a golden brown colour.
  4. Drain and serve with chutney of your choice.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup - each of urad, moong and chana dal and rice
1 - minced big onion
5 - green chillies, minced
1/2 - coconut, finely sliced
a pinch of asafoetida
1 cup - shredded cabbage
salt to taste
