Coconut & Cucumber Delight

Method
- Grate the coconut.
- Add milk powder and sugar in the grated coconut and blend to a smooth paste.
- Grate the cucumber and add it to the above coconut mixture.
- Keep the mixture in the fridge and serve cold.
- Garnish with thin apple slices.

1 cup - yoghurt
2 tbsps - milk powder
1 1/2 tsp - castor sugar
thin slices - apples to garnish
