Method
  1. Grind together grated coconut, pepper powder and ginger into a smooth paste.
  2. Add curds, salt and mix well.
  3. If the mixture becomes very thick, add water to get the desired consistency.
  4. Add mustard, hing and curry leaves tadka for the above mixture.
  5. Serve with hot rice.

Note:
Ginger not only reduces gastrointestinal problems but also gives safe and effective relief of nausea and vomitting during pregnancy.

3/4 tsp - black pepper powder
2" to 3" - fresh ginger piece
2 cups - curds
1 tsp - oil
1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
3 to 4 - curry leaves
a pinch - hing
salt as per taste
