Slice onion ,cut ginger and garlic and green chillies.
Take oil in a kadia and fry all the above till onion becomes brown.
Then grind them to gather with a little haldi and coconut. Keep aside.
Thin the yogurt with little water.
When the ground mixture cools down put it into the yogurt.
Cut the cucumber into cubes and add it to the mixture.
Then garnish with coriander.
Serve with Hot Rice.
