Method
  1. Wash all the fruits and peel the skin.
  2. Cut them into pieces.
  3. Soak all the grams for a day and let them sprout.
  4. Soak about 5 to 10 badams overnight peel the skin.
  5. Cut cucumber, onion, 2 pods of garlic and tomatoes into pieces.
  6. Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients.
  7. Add 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and mix them well.
  8. Makes a wholesome breakfast.
