Method
Wash all the fruits and peel the skin.
Cut them into pieces.
Soak all the grams for a day and let them sprout.
Soak about 5 to 10 badams overnight peel the skin.
Cut cucumber, onion, 2 pods of garlic and tomatoes into pieces.
Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients.
Add 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and mix them well.
Makes a wholesome breakfast.
