Vegetable Salad

Method
  1. Heat 3 tbsps. of oil and fry the vegetables till almost tender.
  2. Mix in the sauce ingredients and remove from fire.
  3. Chill before serving.
Ingredients:
3 - cucumbers, peeled and sliced
250 g - shredded cabbage
4 - red radishes shredded
2 - medium capsicum, seeded and shredded
salt to taste

For the sauce:
4 tbsps - powdered sugar
1 tbsp - soya sauce
3 tbsps - vinegar
