Cucumber omlette

Method
  1. Peel the cucumbers and grate them
  2. Remove the seeds and water as much as possible
  3. Add rice flour cut pcs.of onion green chillies coriander leaves and salt
  4. Mix well make small balls
  5. Heat oil on the non stick tava
  6. Spread each ball like thalipeeth cook from both the sides
  7. Enjoy with tomato ketchup

Note: A natural diuretic, this low calorie vegetable is a boon for oily skin

Ingredients:
2 big cucumbers
1 cup rice flour
1 cup coriander leaves
1 chopped onion
2 to 3 green chillies
salt as per taste
oil for cooking
