Drumstick Leaves Adai

Method
  1. Wash and soak the rice for about 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Grind it into a coarse batter (like rava), add coconut to this batter.
  3. You may even grind the coconut with the rice.
  4. Add salt and the leaves to the batter, mix well.
  5. Heat a tava, drop a laddleful of the batter and spread it like dosa.
  6. Drop some oil around the adai.
  7. When this side is well cooked, turn it over and add little oil.
  8. When cooked, remove it.
  9. Serve with chutney, sambar or idli chilli powder.
Ingredients:
boiled rice - 2 cups
grated coconut - 1 cup
drumstick leaves - 1 cup
oil for frying
salt to taste
