Brinjal Roast

Method
  1. Cut the brinjal into two half.
  2. Mix the salt, chilli and turmeric power together.
  3. Take 1/4 tsp of the mix and apply on the inner side of the Brinjal.
  4. Fry in the hot oil for few minutes and once you feel that brinjal is fully fried, take it out.
  5. Serve hot with other dishes.

5 - medium size brinjals
turmeric powder
chilli powder
