Method
- Cut the brinjal into two half.
- Mix the salt, chilli and turmeric power together.
- Take 1/4 tsp of the mix and apply on the inner side of the Brinjal.
- Fry in the hot oil for few minutes and once you feel that brinjal is fully fried, take it out.
- Serve hot with other dishes.

5 - medium size brinjals
turmeric powder
chilli powder
salt
