Method
  1. Fry onions till light brown color, add ginger or gingergarlic paste and fry till smell disappears, add mustard seeds.
  2. Jeera, dhaniya, salt, chillipowder, turmeric and fry for few minutes.
  3. Then grind them to roughpaste(not too smooth) , then add oil in pan and add this onion paste and fry.
  4. Mean while slit brinjal into 4pieces but remember to keep bringal attached with tact(whole bringal with slits horizontally)
  5. And add them, add required quantity of water and cook till done.
  6. In the end add freshly cut coriander.
Ingredients:
bringals 1/2kg
onion 1big
1�ginger(if you have don�t have ginger can use ginger
garlic paste also)
1spoon dhania
1/2spoon jeera
1/2spoon mustardseeds
salt to taste
pinch of turmeric and chilli powder 2spoons(how hot you eat)
