3 - tomatoes, medium sized, pureed
2 - potatoes, large
1 - onions, large, ground
1 to 2 - green chillies
1 tsp - turmeric powder
2 tsp - red chilli powder
2 to 3 tsp - coriander powder
2 cups - water
2 tbsp - oil
coriander leaves for garnishing
salt to taste
