Method
  1. Cut similar size strips of all the vegetables
  2. Heat butter in a wok for about 1min
  3. Add all the vegetables one by one and cook on high flame for about 5 min
  4. Make sure vegs are still crunchy
  5. Remove from fire, season with salt and seasoning of your choice
  6. Italian seasoning with juice of lemon and chilly flakes tastes best.

5 cup - Beans, french

1 pat - Butter, salted, (1 inch sq, 1/3 inch high)

5 cup - Zucchini
5 cup - Broccoli, fresh
Italian seasoning
5 tsp - Salt
2tsp - chopped coriander leaves
