Method
- Cut similar size strips of all the vegetables
- Heat butter in a wok for about 1min
- Add all the vegetables one by one and cook on high flame for about 5 min
- Make sure vegs are still crunchy
- Remove from fire, season with salt and seasoning of your choice
- Italian seasoning with juice of lemon and chilly flakes tastes best.
