Mix Dal Dosa

Method
  1. Wash and soak all the dals in water for 3-4 hours.
  2. Drain and grind the dals together with red chilies, garlic, ginger and coriander leaves in mixer to a coarse paste.
  3. Add salt to taste and mix well.
  4. Make dosas on a non-stick tawa using oil, ghee or butter according to taste.
  5. Serve piping hot with chutney and sambhar.
Ingredients:
2 cups - rice
1/2 cup - moong dal
1/2 cup - urad dal
1/2 cup - chana dal
2 to 3 - whole red chilies
4 cloves - garlic
2 inch - ginger
few sprigs - coriander leaves
salt to taste
oil/butter/ghee to make the dosas
