Microwaved Mint Chutney

Method
  1. Wash and drain both leaves.
  2. Put oil in a large microwave pan.
  3. Sprinkle seeds, Add washed leaves.
  4. Put in a shallow, broad microwave pan.
  5. Microwave, covered, on high for 3 minutes.
  6. Take off fire, allow to cool.
  7. Put all other ingredients in a small electric mixie.
  8. Run till smooth paste is form.
  9. Add cooled mint mixture.
  10. Run till mixture is smooth and soft.

Making time: 10 minutes
Makes: 6-7 persons (as accompaniment)
Shelflife: 2 weeks refrigerated

Ingredients:
1 large bunch - mint leaves
1/2 bunch - coriander leaves
4 to 5 - green chillies
� tsp - urad dal grains
� tsp - cumin seeds
2 to 3 stalk - curry leaves
1 tbsp - roasted, skinned, peanuts
2 tsp - lemon juice
2 small lumps - jaggery
1 tbsp - oil
1/3 tsp - salt
