Method
- Wash and drain both leaves.
- Put oil in a large microwave pan.
- Sprinkle seeds, Add washed leaves.
- Put in a shallow, broad microwave pan.
- Microwave, covered, on high for 3 minutes.
- Take off fire, allow to cool.
- Put all other ingredients in a small electric mixie.
- Run till smooth paste is form.
- Add cooled mint mixture.
- Run till mixture is smooth and soft.
Making time: 10 minutes
Makes: 6-7 persons (as accompaniment)
Shelflife: 2 weeks refrigerated
