Method
  1. Boil the spaghetti in sufficient water with a tbsp of oil and little water till done.
  2. Drain the water completely and keep aside.
  3. Prepare the white sauce. Cool.
  4. Add the boiled peas, spaghetti, pineapple pieces and pineapple syrup to the prepared white sauce.
  5. Add little salt if required. Mix well.
  6. Grease a baking dish and pour the white sauce mixture into it.
  7. Cool. Evenly grate cheese on it.
  8. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees C till the cheese on top turns golden. Serve hot.

For the White Sauce:

  1. Lightly heat butter in a non-stick pan.
  2. Add flour and saut� on a low flame till golden.
  3. Gradually add milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
  4. Cook the sauce on a medium flame, stirring all the time till you get a little thick consistency.
  5. Remove from fire and add salt and pepper. Keep aside
Ingredients:
For the White Sauce:
7 tbsp - butter
7 tbsp - flour
7 cups - milk
salt and pepper as per taste

Others:
11/2 cups - peas (boiled)
200 g - spaghetti
1 small tin - pineapple slices (cut into small pieces)
5 to 6 cubes - cheese (grated)
11/2 to 2 tsp - pepper powder
� cup - pineapple syrup
11/2 tsp - butter (for greasing the dish)
salt to taste
