Method
  1. Boil spinach leaves & make paste.
  2. Crush boiled green peas.
  3. Smash boiled potato.
  4. Add in potato spinach paste & salt, mix well.
  5. Add green Coriander, salt to taste,Green chilly paste,Ginger-garlic paste,grated paneer in green peas.
  6. Now Make a small size balls of Potao mixture.
  7. Fill mixture of green peas in that & close.
  8. Give the shape of Kabab.
  9. Sprinkle cornflour on those kabab & fry in oil.
  10. Green Kabab is ready for serving.
  11. You can Serve with Tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
1 bunch spinach
2 boiled potato
1 cup boiled green peas
1 tsp crush cumin (jira)
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp lemon juice
green chilly paste 1-1/2 tsp(add as per taste)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp green coriander
1 tbsp grated paneer
1 tbsp cornflour
salt to taste
oil to fry
