Method
  1. Soak the green peas overnight.
  2. Cut vegetables to small size.
  3. Grind chillies, ginger, pudina leaves, Coriander leaves, grated coconut together.
  4. In a cooker, put oil, mustard and chopped onions, peas, vegetables and ground ingredients.
  5. Fry all these for some time.
  6. Wash rice and mix with fried vegetables, cook upto 3 whistles.
  7. It can be served for 4 to 5 people
Ingredients:
1 bunch - pudina
1/2 kg - rice
1 cup - green peas, dried
1 cup - grated coconut
1 bunch - coriander leaves
1/2 cup - oil
1 - big onion
some sliced ginger
5 to 6 - green chillies
vegetables (beans, carrot, round cabbage)
1 tsp - mustard
2 tsp - salt
