Heat oil in a large pan and deep fry the onions add jeera turmeric powder and garam masala powder to it.
Grind the vegetables and Limabeans or Rajma in a blender and make in into a paste.
Add this mixture to the onion in the pan then add everything else but the flours.Cover on medium heat until the mixture becomes semisolid.
Allow it to cool a bit and then add the flours little by little and keep stirring the mixture.
After the mixture comes to the consistency of something like the chaptti flour heat a tava( a flat pancake pan).
Make small balls of this and roll it flat. Cut it into desired shapes and roast it on the tava.
Your patty is ready.Serve hot with sauce or ketchup.
