Method
  1. Wash the poha very well and drain out all the water and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai, add mustard seeds.
  3. When they splutter add finely chopped green chilies, onions, potatoes, carrot, green peas and curry leaves.
  4. Saute it till the onions are light pink in color and the vegetables are a little tender.
  5. Add poha, salt to taste, turmeric powder, finely chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice and water.
  6. Mix well. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
Ingredients:
� kg - poha (thick ones)
2 - medium sized potatoes
3 to 4 tbsp - green peas
2 - medium sized onions
6 to 7 tbsp - oil
1 � tsp - mustard seeds
5 to 6 - green chilies
1 - carrot
1 � tsp - turmeric powder
1 - capsicum
2 to 3 tbsp - coriander leaves (finely chopped)
juice of 1 lemon
few curry leaves
salt to taste
