Vegetable Rice Flour Roti

  1. Take a large bowl, put all the above ingredients into it & mix them well. While mixing add appropriate quantity of water to form smooth & stiff dough.

  2. Form small balls from this dough.

  3. Take an aluminum foil greased with 1/4 tsp. of oil & flatten a ball on the foil to get the shape of roti with wet hand (this will avoid the dough sticking to your hand).

  4. Pre-heat a non-stick pan on the stove with 1 tsp. of Oil.

  5. Now place the aluminum foil on the pan, with the dough on the pan surface and the foil facing upwards.

  6. Gently peelout the foil and let the dough to cook till it becomes light brown on both sides. Repeat the same for the rest.

  7. Serve with Butter on it. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients:
2 cups Rice Flour
1 cup of grated Carrot
1/4 Cup of green Peas (boiled)
3 Green Chillies
1/4 tsp. Jeera
Cilantro (finely chopped)
Oil
Salt as required.
