Peas and Paneer Parantha

Method
  1. Crush the paneer and add mashed peas, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, amchoor powder and chopped coriander and green chillies.
  2. Mix the above along with the wheat flour and roll into paranthas.
  3. Serve hot with mint or tamarind chutney or curds.
Ingredients:
500 g - cottage cheese
300 g - peas boiled and mashed
2 cups - wheat flour
salt
turmeric powder, a pinch
1 tsp - red chilli powder
1/2 tsp - amchoor/dry mango powder
chopped coriander
1 - green chilli
