Cut lime in small small pieces.
Take a vessel. Put oil in it and then add 2 teaspoon Methi seeds, little rai, 2 teaspoon Red Chili Powder and little salt then add lime and then little water and keep the gas stove very slow, so that the lime should become very tender.
Then afterwards remove from the gas make it cool.
Store in a bottle and keep it in a refrigerator. It will remain for 2 /3 months. It is very tasty and easy to make. I hope you will enjoy it.
