Method
  1. Grate jaggery, add to chilled water.
  2. Crush cardamom granules with a mallet.
  3. Add to mixture, along with ginger powder.
  4. Stir continuously, and well, till ingredients blend well in water.
  5. Add lemon juice, salt, stir again.
  6. Serve this cooling drink in tall frosted glasses.

Making time: 10 minutes
Makes: 6-7 glasses
Shelflife: 2 days refrigerated
