Method
  1. Make a fine paste with green chilli, ginger & pudina leaves
  2. Add sugar cane juice & lime juice & run mixie for 1/2 min
  3. Remove half the quantity of juice, add ice cubes & run mixie for few seconds
  4. Repeat the same with the remaining juice
  5. Serve in a tall glass with ice cubes
Ingredients:
1 litre - sugar cane juice
1 - green chilli, chopped
1/2 inch - ginger, chopped
6 - pudina leaves
Lime juice from 1 big lime
ice cubes
