Method
  1. Soak rice and dal together for 4-5 hours.
  2. Transfer it to a blender.
  3. Also add chillies and curry leaves and grind into as for dosa batter.
  4. Add salt as per taste and chopped onions.
  5. Heat tawa, season with oil and prepare dosas.

Note: Dosas can be prepared immediately after the batter is ground. No fermenting required

Ingredients:
2 cups - plain rice
1/2 cup - tur dal (split & washed)
1/2 cup - chana dal (split & washed)
1/2 cup - moong dal (wplit & washed)
10 to 15 - curry leaves
4 to 5 - green chillies
2 - medium onions finely chopped
salt to taste
oil for seasoning
