Method
  1. Heat oil, add the sliced potatos and cook with lid on till the potatos are half cooked.
  2. Add green chilly and chopped methi leaves, and salt mix well
  3. Cook till all the ingredients are blended well.
  4. Serve hot with chappati
Ingredients:
2 bunch - methi, finely chopped
2 - onions, finely chopped
1 - big potato, sliced
3/4 - green chillies
salt to taste
