Method
  1. Heat oil in heavy pan and add jeera.
  2. Add chopped onions into oil.
  3. Fry onion until it becomes golden brown in colour.
  4. Add turmeric, coriander, red chilli powder and salt.
  5. Now add chopped tomatoes and fry it until mixture leaves the oil.
  6. Cut bread into rectangular pieces.
  7. Add bread pieces into onion tomato paste.
  8. Mix it very well (so that the bread will completely mix with onion tomato paste) .
  9. Cover it on medium low flame.
  10. Turn off the gas.
  11. Take out this in plate and press it with light pressure.
  12. Cut it with knief into desired shape (ex rectangular shape).
  13. Serve it hot with green coriender chutney.
  14. Garnish it with chopped coriender leaves and lemon juice before serving.
Ingredients:
6 to 8 pieces - bread
1 - finely chopped onion
1 - finely chopped tomato
2 - chopped green chillies
1 to 2 tsp - vegetable oil
fine gram flour sev
garam masala
coriender powder
red chilli powder
amchur powder
turmeric powder
chopped coriender leaves
lemon juice
jeera
salt to taste
