Coconut Ghee rice

Method
  1. Take a pan, add oil, ghee, mustard, cumin, fennel, cashewnut, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf, onion, garlic, chillies, curry leaves and salt. Fry well.
  2. Now add the grated coconut and coriander leaves.
  3. Fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add all the fried ingredients to the rice and mix well.
  5. Garnish with coriander.
Ingredients:
2 cup - cooked rice
1/2 - coconut (grated)
1 - onion (chopped)
5 - garlic (in count, chopped)
4 - red chilly (sliced)
1 tbsp - oil
5 tsp - ghee
15 - mustard
20 - cumin
10 - fennel
5 - cashewnut
3 - clove
1 - bay leaf
1 - cinnamon
10 - curry leaves
coriander leaves to garnish
salt to taste
