Mix Ghee with a pinch of soda. Mix well until lather forms. Mix the flours with this.
Add salt, chilli powder, garam masala powder, curryleaves and chopped coriander, finely cut onions and cashews. Mix it all well.
Split the mix to 4 parts. Take one part at a time, add very little water and mix it (dough should be very hard).
Sprinkle this dough on hot oil. Fry till golden brown.
Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup or Mint Chutney.
