Method
  1. Heat a pan on stove, add about 2 tsp of cooking oil, and then add jeera and mustard seeds.
  2. Add mirchi, onion and then add water. (Make sure that water is 1 cup of flour to 1 or 1:1/4 water as per temperature outside).
  3. Add flour after water has boiled. Do not mix water and flour at this time.
  4. Let it cook for 4-5 min. Now mix water and flour together. Leave it on the stove for 3-4 min.
  5. Serve it hot. You can also add milk to it while eating.
Ingredients:
1 cup - rice flour
1 - small onion
2 - small mirchi
1/2 tsp - jeera
1/2 tsp - mustard
1 to 1 1/4 cup - water
salt
