Method
  1. Soak the Bengal gram for 2 hours and grind it coarsely in a mixer.
  2. Grind the masala items [aniseed, cloves, cardamom and cinnamon] and add it to the mixture.
  3. Add the other ingredients also to the mixture and make small vadas
  4. Deep fry in oil. Serve it hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
Ingredients:
1 cup - bengal gram
1 cup - finely chopped onion
1 tsp - finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp - finely chopped coriander leaves
1/2 tsp - aniseed
4 - cloves
2 - cardomom
1 - cinnamon
salt to taste
oil to fry
