Masala Paneer

Method
  1. Cut the paneer into 2" cubes and deep fry. Keep aside.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the onions till dark brown then add the ground masala paste and fry for a few minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes. Add 2 cups of water and simmer for 15 mins.
  4. Add the fried paneer and simmer for a few minutes more.
  5. Sprinkle with coriander leaves before serving.
Ingredients:
500 g - paneer
salt to taste
1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
oil
2 - large onions (chopped)
2 - tomatoes (chopped)

Grind to a paste:
1 tsp - coriander seeds
8 - peppercorns
3 - red kashmiri chillies
1 1" piece - ginger
1/4 tsp - cumin seeds
1 tsp - poppy seeds
