MethodFor Filling:
- Add oil in a pan.
- Fry onions and green chillies.
- Then add carrot and all the seasonings.
- Mix them well.
- Add cabbage and capsicum.
- The filling is ready.
For the Dough
- In a plate, add sieved flour, oil, salt and baking powder.
- Now add a little water to make hard dough.
- Keep it aside for 5-6 hours.
- Make small, marble-sized balls and roll out very thin and small chapattis.
- Fill them with the filling and give the shape of dimsum like that of a garlic bulb.
- Then steam them in the idli maker.
For the Sauce:
- Heat oil.
- Add garlic, ginger and degi mirch.
- Then add onions and fry them a little.
- Add water, sauces and all the seasonings.
- Mix and stir well.
- Bring it to a boil.
- Add cornflour mixed with water.
- Give it a good boil.
- Allow to simmer till it becomes thick.
- Serve it hot or cold.
- Use as a dip

2 tbsp - garlic(shredded)
2 to 3 tbsp - onions(chopped)
2 tbsp - coriander(chopped)
1 tbsp - vinegar
4 tbsp - tomato sauce
1 tbsp - chilli sauce
2 tbsp - red chilli sauce
½ tsp - salt
½ tsp - sugar
½ tsp - degi mirch
½ tsp - chilli flakes
pinch - ajinomoto
2 tbsp - refined oil
1 cup - water
1 tbsp - heaped cornflour mixed in water
½ tsp - black pepper powder
