Method
- Mix gram flour, rice flour, ghee, chopped onions, green chillies, ginger, salt, asafoetida, curry leaves, coriander leaves and sprinkle little water to make the dough.
- Heat oil in a pan/kadai and fry the pakodas.
- Hot and tasty pakkodas are ready to be served.
- It can be served as snacks or along with rice.
Note:
Pakoda flour should not be too thin or too thick.
Mix only required amount of water
Optional:
Ingredients can be added/removed.
