Chop onion & Palak.
Heat oil in a pan (preferably a non-stick pan). Add jeera and cloves & wait till it splutters. Add onion & fry till soft.
Add palak, fry till wilted.
Add Maida & fry till raw smell disappears.
Let the mixture cool, then blend it in a blender.
Boil the mixture along with milk and water after adding salt & pepper.
Server hot with grated cheese.
