Spinach Leaves Pakoda

Method
  1. Make the thick paste of gramflour and other masala.
  2. Wash the spinach leaves and dip one full leaf at a time in the gram flour mixture.
  3. Deep fry in oil.
  4. Repeat with rest of the leaves.
  5. Serve hot with coriander chutney.
Ingredients:
1 bunch - spinach
16 oz - gram flour
1 - small onion
1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1 - green chilli
1 tsp - coriander powder
1/2 tsp - cumin powder
1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
1 pinch - amchoor powder
1/2 tsp - celery powder
salt to taste
oil for frying
