  1. Mix both the flours with salt, red chilli powder, 1/4tsp of ajwain and baking soda
  2. Prepare bajji batter & keep aside.
  3. Slit chillies, remove the seeds, and keep aside.
  4. Prepare stuffing wih grated coconut, chopped onion, chopped coriander, remaining ajwain, amchur powder, garam masala and some salt.
  5. Fill the chillies with the stuffing, add some of the removed seeds if you want it to be more spicy
  6. Dip the stuffed chillies in the batter & deep fry them till they become light golden brown in colour
  7. Place them on paper napkin and serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce.

Tip: You can substitute dessicated coconut powder for fresh coconut.

300 g - besan
12 - green chillies, long and big
1/2 tsp - ajwain
1/2 tbsp - rice flour
1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
1/8 tsp - baking soda

For stuffing:
1 tbsp - grated coconut
1 - onion, chopped very fine
1/2 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
a pinch amchur powder
a pinch garam masala
