Beetroot Halwa

Method
  1. Grate the Beetroot, add milk to it and cook it on low flame till the milk gets dried up.
  2. Then add sugar and Mawa in and again cook till sugar gets cooked well in the halwa.
  3. Halwa is ready to serve garnished with Dryfruits.
  4. You can store this halwa in airtight container for 4-5 days in the fridge.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg - grated beetroot
1/2 litre - milk
1/2 cup - mawa
sugar as per your taste
dryfriuts like raisins, almonds, pistachios, cashewnuts, etc
