Wash aloo, peel and cut into thick rounds.
Grind green chillies, onions coriander leaves and ginger garlic paste
Heat oil in a pressure pan. Add haldi powder add cut aloo and salt to taste. Close lid and fry for two mins. Untill two whistles.
Serve hot with Rice or Rotis.
1/4 kg Aloo
two big Onions
1/4 tsp of Haldi Powder
6-8 Green Chillies
1 spoon Ginger Garlic paste
A small bunch of Coriander Leaves and Ground Masala.
3 tbsp of Cooking Oil
Salt to taste
