Method

  1. Add methi leaves, oil to flour. Also add all the masalas to the flour. Knead the flour till consistent. The flour should be thick and make small round balls.

  2. Preheat oven to 350-400oF and bake the tikki for 10-15 minutes till golden yellow.

  3. Serve hot with Chutney's (date or coriander). Yum!

Ingredients:
1 bunch Methi Leaves (cut fine)
1 cup Wheat Flour (coarse if available)
1/2 cup Besan
1 tbsp Oil
1-2 Green Chillies finely cut
1 tsp Dry Dhania Seeds
4-5 Black Pepper seeds
Salt to taste
Pinch of Turmeric Powder
