Easy Spinach/Methi Paratha

Method
  1. First, dry roast the til seeds till golden brown.
  2. Mix all the ingredients, except the wheat flour with the spinach and cook in microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.
  3. If using fresh methi leaves, they have to be chopped first and cooked with a little water in the microwave before mixing the ingredients.
  4. Then, mix the spinach curry/mix with the wheat flour and adding the oil and a little warm water, to bring it to the consistency of chapati dough.
  5. Adjust the salt, sugar, chilli powder according to taste and leave it aside for a few minutes.
  6. Roll the dough out into chapathis and cook them on a hot iron tawa.
  7. Enjoy with your loved ones with pickle /Chutney, etc!
Ingredients:
wheat flour - 2 cups
frozen cut spinach - 1/2 cup
til seeds - 2 to 3 teaspoons
oil - 2 to 3 teaspoons
jeera seeds - 2 to 3 teaspoons
turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
ginger/garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
hing - 1 teaspoon
chilli powder - 3 to 4 teaspoon
coriander leaves (optional)
lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
sugar to taste
salt to taste
