Method

  1. Peel the aloo and cut into cubes.
  2. Clean the methi leaves and grind into a fine paste.
  3. Heat oil and add jeera, then add the ginger and garlic paste.
  4. Fry till brown then add the tomatoes.
  5. Then add all the other masalas except the garam masala.
  6. Add the potatoes and methi paste.
  7. Now add water to it about 2 cups and allow it to cook on slow fire.
  8. Serve it hot with Rotis.

Tomato - 2 medium size
Potatoes - 3 medium size
Garlic Ginger paste - 3 tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Dhaniya powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder
Garam Masala Powder (optional)
Jeera -1 tsp
Oil and Salt
