Method

  1. Grind together cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry onion on medium heat till oil separates.
  3. Add powdered masala, salt and the white pepper powder.
  4. Then add cream and the kasoori methi.
  5. Mix properly and then add the boiled peas and the boiled fresh methi along with sugar and the cashewnut paste. Simmer till it is thick and hot. If at the time of serving the mixture becomes too thick you can add 2 tbsp milk.
  6. Serve hot with parathas.

Ingredients:

1 medium Onion grated;
1-1/2" Cinnamon;
2 big Cardamoms;
3-4 Cloves;
1/4 tsp White Pepper Powder;
150 gms Single Cream;
2 tbsp Kastoori Methi;
150 gms Boiled Peas;
2 tbsp Fresh Methi chopped and boiled;
1/2 to 1 tsp Sugar;
1 tbsp Ground Cashewnuts;
Salt to taste.
