Palak Besan

Method
  1. Knead besan, palak, ajwain, salt, oil and little water.
  2. Make rolls and boil them in water for 10 min.
  3. Drain the water and keep it for the gravy. Cut the rolls into small rounds and fry them.

For Gravy:

  1. Take oil in the pan, put the paste and fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Add salt, sugar, tomatoes and fry again for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the water kept aside and then boil for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the fried besan rounds. Gravy should be thicker.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander and garam masala.
Ingredients:
1 cup - besan
2 cups - palak, washed and chopped finely
1/2 tsp - ajwain
2 - tomatoes
1/2 tsp - sugar
little water
salt
oil

For Gravy:
onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli paste
10 - cashew nuts
garam masala and coriander for garnishing
cumin powder
salt
